Meridian Ventures Partnerships

To ensure the $MST token grows alongside the Meridian Finance protocol, Meridian Ventures aims to structure deals that funnel value to the protocol through MST purchases. These deals can be structured in three main ways:

1. MST purchase from the market with an obligation to stake for 1 year.

2. MST purchase from the market, with the bought tokens sent to the Meridian Finance treasury.

3. OTC-style structured deals, where a percentage of the tokens are bought off the market, with the remaining tokens sold OTC under a long staking obligation.
